Job Description
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Facilitate conflict resolution and support staff morale
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and safety regulations. Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process by collecting feedback, assisting with evaluations, and maintaining records of employee performance.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing and manage employee benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
