Job Description
- Supervise and assist staff with daily production tasks.
- Ensure food quality, temperature, and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in menu development, product testing, and flight orders.
- Monitor inventory and order raw materials as needed.
- Train staff on food safety, cooking techniques, and hygiene.
- Ensure smooth shift changes and maintain productivity.
- Report malfunctions and maintain equipment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- 4-5 years as a Jr. Sous Chef or similar role.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various methods.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- HACCP and health & safety training.
