Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and outdoor.
- Develop engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
- Work with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Should have Certificates of Employment and TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates in Events Management.
- Should have pertinent Training Certificates to support work experience.
- Must have UKVI IELTS with a score of 4.0 per category
- Should be able to oversee guests’ experience within the property, supporting the staff to ensure a consistent high-quality experience for all guests.
- Should ensure impeccable presentation standards aligned with brand guidelines.
- Must be fully compliant with operational policies and procedures.
- Must be competent in the supervision of staff and volunteers making sure they are engaged with their respective roles and environment.
- Should be competent in implementing effective staffing plans that align with budget and operational needs.
- Strategically plan for the future of the property-based visitor operation by benchmarking against industry leaders, implementing best practices, and managing change where needed.
- Support the staff in the operational delivery of house openings and tours.
- Must be capable to serve as an escalation point for visitor feedback or complaints, ensuring prompt and confident resolution.
- Should be able to oversee the daily delivery of the public tours and walks program, ensuring high-quality, well-resourced experiences.
- Should act as a central point of coordination between teams and departments to efficiently manage spaces and resources.
- Must be able to maintain a positive outlook and attitude. Flexible in working patterns
