Job Description
- Design of various types of electrical building services systems (lighting, power, lightning protection systems, security & alarm systems, building energy management systems etc
- Production of drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare electrical layout plans with schematics.
- Prepare load calculations & voltage drop calculations.
- Prepare shop drawings for construction.
- Supervising the installation of building services, ensuring material specifications for standards, performance and safety are met.
- Design of electrical infrastructure systems in islands & resorts including distribution networks, transformers and voltage drop calculations.
- Have a broad understanding of various MEP systems in buildings and give advice to clients and design team accordingly.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
