Responsible for ensuring that all machines within the scope of responsibility are kept running and producing quality bottles while insuring the least amount of down-time possible. This includes communicating problems to on-coming shift personnel
. Responsible for completing all mold changes and set-ups. Minor maintenance activities are required.
Demonstrate organizational ability to complete daily clean-up assignments, and adequately maintain good housekeeping throughout the entire area of responsibility
Checks and monitors quality on all assigned machines by understanding and recognizing all visual quality defects and how to make appropriate adjustments to correct quality defects.
Maintains all required documentation of quality checks and testing, process checks, downtime, housekeeping and data entry
Displays a full understanding and working knowledge of all related software and other equipment required for efficient production of quality product.
Follows all established safety rules and guidelines. Understands and communicates all hazards and safety issues to co-workers and Supervisors. Properly uses all required personal protective equipment

A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
