Responsible for the operation of multiple extrusion blow molding machines using written work instructions and computer interface.
Requires a general understanding of overall manufacturing process and the ability to understand and follow basic good manufacturing practices.
Qualified candidates are responsible for starting up and maintaining Blow mold Machine Operation with a complete and overall understanding in the assigned area of responsibility.
Responsible for ensuring that all machines within the scope of responsibility are kept running and producing quality bottles while insuring the least amount of down-time possible. This includes communicating problems to on-coming shift personnel.
Responsible for completing all mold changes and set-ups. Minor maintenance activities are required
Demonstrate organizational ability to complete daily clean-up assignments, and adequately maintain good housekeeping throughout the entire area of responsibility
Checks and monitors quality on all assigned machines by understanding and recognizing all visual quality defects and how to make appropriate adjustments to correct quality defects
Maintains all required documentation of quality checks and testing, process checks, downtime, housekeeping and data entry

A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.

High school diploma or equivalent and on-the-job training. This training includes safety procedures, machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
4 years Previous manufacturing work experience extrusion blow molding machines(BEKUM, BBM, CHIAMING, UNILOY, SIKA machines knowledge is a major advantage)
familiar with food safety and GMP practices
Preferable candidates who have completed a certificate or associate degree program in manufacturing technology, plastics technology, or a related field. These programs typically cover topics such as machine operation, mold design, materials science,
