Job Description
- Greet guests warmly and direct them to their tables. Manage reservations and waitlists.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff regarding orders and any issues.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service. Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Manage seating charts and optimize table flow.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in 4-5 star hotels.
- Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
