Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, draft emails, memos, reports, and other communications on behalf of the Chairman.
- Arrange travel, visa applications, flights, and hotel accommodations.
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, ensuring all commitments are scheduled and tracked efficiently.
- Prepare documents, briefings, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and source necessary products/services for company projects.
- Oversee the Chairman's properties in Dubai, ensuring smooth management and operations.
- Organize and attend relevant exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Independently manage the office operations and administrative functions.
- Take instructions through various communication channels, including messaging platforms.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience: 2-5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Calendar.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and handle urgent matters.
- Typing Skills: Strong typing skills and familiarity with shorthand notation for dictation.
- Meetings & Scheduling: Experience in scheduling and conducting meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Flexibility: Willingness to assist with tasks beyond standard office hours when required.
