Job Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads according to established recipes and standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients following recipes and proper food safety guidelines.
- Monitor the baking process and adjust temperatures, humidity levels, and baking times to ensure products are of the highest quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station and kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Strong baking skills and worked with large product range of breads
- Experience with scratch recipes (not pre-mixes)
- Physical ability & strength (manual dexterity, lifting, bending, twisting, reaching)
- Good understanding of Food safety
- Good presentation and grooming - no offensive visible tattoos
