Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support mobility by helping with walking, transfers, and using mobility aids.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Monitor health conditions and report changes to medical professionals or family members.
Administer prescribed medications under supervision (if permitted).
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities.
Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of the client.
