Job Description
- Supervise the preparation and production of RTG meals, ensuring quality, freshness, and adherence to recipe, presentation, portion standards and food safety procedures.
- Provide training and coaching to team members in all aspects of food handling, safety standards, food preparation and display.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure hygiene standards deliver a safe and clean workspace at all times.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Experience in food preparation, ideally in retail (deli, cafe) environment.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Experience in the fresh food industry.
