Job Description
- Design and implement weekly menus that align with business needs, profit margins, trading hours, seasonal changes, and customer preferences. Undertake regular review and adjust the menus and volumes to meet customer demand and maintain profitability.
- Oversee the RTG staffing, rosters, and operations to ensure the efficient staffing, preparation and delivery of RTG products for the store daily, as well as for Satellite Stores on Sundays and public holidays to standards and meeting customer service
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, and presentation across all RTG areas, ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Experience in food preparation, ideally in retail (deli, cafe) environment.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control practices.
