Job Description
- The HR Advisor works in partnership with leaders and employees to achieve the organisation's strategic goals.
- The HR Advisor is to provide effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR advisory services by operating as the first POC for front-line managers across the organization.
- They coach, challenge and support our leaders through the provision of high-quality HR solutions and services.
- The role covers the full remit of HR services - recruitment, training, performance management, disciplinary, employment relations, health & safety and generalist HR activities. KEY
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Human Resource Management; Others or similar fields.
- Experience as an HR generalist providing HR and ER advice to managers
- Experience in understanding, interpreting and applying knowledge of employment legislation, policies, procedures.
- Experience delivering/facilitating presentations and workshops.
