Job Description
- BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN SECURITY MANAGEMENT, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, RISK MANAGEMENT, OR A RELATED FIELD. CERTIFIED SAFETY PROFESSIONAL (CSP) OR SIMILAR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED.
- MINIMUM OF 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SECURITY AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT, WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE. STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF RELEVANT SAFETY AND SECURITY STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS.
- BACKGROUND IN MILITARY OR POLICING INDUSTRIES PREFERRED. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING FIREARMS REQUIRED. MARTIAL ARTS SKILLS PREFERRED. VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND THE ABILITY TO DRIVE.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Environmental/Health/Safety) or similar fields.
- SUPERVISE AND PROVIDE DIRECTION TO SECURITY, SAFETY & POLICY COMPLIANCE OFFICERS. PRIORITIZE AND SHIFT FOCUS BETWEEN FLEET SECURITY, CORPORATE SECURITY, AND OSH/ RISK MANAGEMENT BASED ON CURRENT ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIPMENTS.
- OVERSEE THE COMPLIANCE OF ALL SECURITY AND SAFETY OPERATIONS WITH RELEVANT STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS. CONDUCT REGULAR COMPLIANCE AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS ACROSS VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
- SUPERVISE THE WORKS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH OSH STANDARDS AND REPORT IMMEDIATELY TO THE MANAGER IF ANY SITE OR PREMISE DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIRED STANDARDS.
- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS AND PROCEDURES COORDINATE AND LEAD EMERGENCY RESPONSE DRILLS AND TRAINING SESSIONS.
