Job Description
- Material inspection of raw materials as per procurement order (P.O), and reviewing of mill test certificate (MTC) and related procurement documents .
- Knowledgeable with applicable codes & standards like ASTM, ASMF,BS & ASHTO.
- INSPECTION OF FIT-UPS WITH RESPECT TO VISUAL,DIMENSIONAL & ORIENTATION COMPLIANCE AS PER APPROVED DRAWING & SPECIFICATIONS.
- GALVINIZING & PVC INSPECTION OF VARIOUS FABRICATED PRODUCTS BY USING MAGNETIC COATING,THICKNESS GAUGE & CALIBRATING PRODUCTS.
- PREPARE DOCUMENTS & TECHNICAL ,INSPECTION FORMATS, DOCUMENTATION CONTROL CERTIFICATE SCH AS GALVANIZING ,DIMENSION REPORTS
- FINAL INSPECTION REPORS, AND CALIBRATION RECORDS.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
