Job Description
- Knowledge of aviation and ICAO's standards and requirements
- Understanding of service planning principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and service delivery models
- Knowledge of facilities management practices, including maintenance, operations, and service delivery specific to airport environments
- Familiarity with airport operations, including airside and landside facilities, terminal management, and security protocols
- Awareness of aviation regulations and standards that impact service planning and operations within airport facilities
- Expertise in developing and implementing service plans and strategies to meet operational goals and enhance service delivery
- Skills in managing day-to-day operations of facilities services, including coordination of maintenance, cleaning, and technical services
- Proficiency in planning and allocating resources effectively to ensure service delivery and operational efficiency
- Ability to establish and track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate service quality, operational performance, and compliance with service level agreements
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- At least three years of this experience at Airports
