Job Description
- Knowledge of airport-specific facilities, including terminals, runways, hangars, and support buildings
- Understanding of airport systems such as HVAC, baggage handling, security, and lighting
- Knowledge of aviation and ICAO's standards and requirements
- In-depth knowledge and experience in QA and QC related to Airport operations
- Understanding of quality management systems and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM)
- Knowledge of facilities management practices, including maintenance, operations, and service delivery within airport environments
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and standards that impact quality management in airport facilities
- Understanding of process improvement techniques and tools to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance and control processes to ensure that facilities management services meet required standards
- Skills in conducting audits and inspections of facilities and services to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate service quality and operational performance
- Proficiency in applying process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to quality management and best practices for FM staff
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
