Job Description
- Business Administration (MBA) / Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) is advantage
- In-depth understanding of contract law, terms, and legal principles related to facilities management and the aviation industry
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, processes, and best practices specific to airport operations
- Familiarity with local, national, and international regulations governing contracts in the aviation sector, including safety, environmental, and labor laws
- Understanding of risk identification, mitigation strategies, and contractual risk management
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and forecasting within the context of contract management
- Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts that align with organizational objectives
- Ability to manage complex negotiations with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Skills in managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring contract compliance, and optimizing service delivery
- Experience in communicating contract terms, obligations, and performance expectations to internal and external stakeholders
- Expertise in handling contract disputes, claims, and negotiations, utilizing mediation, arbitration, or legal channels as necessary
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
