Job Description
- In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, including building aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with codes and standards
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles related to site development, structural integrity, drainage, and infrastructure
- Familiarity with the specific design requirements for airport buildings and infrastructure, such as terminals, hangars, control towers, and support facilities
- Awareness of regulations and standards governing building design and construction, including local building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Understanding of sustainable building practices and environmental regulations, including energy efficiency, green building certifications (e.g., LEED), and environmental impact assessments
- Expertise in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for airport buildings, ensuring they meet operational needs and regulatory requirements
- Skills in designing and overseeing the construction of civil infrastructure, including roads, pavements, drainage systems, and utilities
- Experience in managing architectural and civil engineering projects, including planning, execution, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in ensuring that architectural and civil engineering projects comply with relevant standards and regulations, including conducting inspections and quality control
- Expertise in incorporating sustainable practices and innovative technologies into building and infrastructure projects to enhance performance and minimize environmental impact
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies; Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Urban Planning, Sustainable Design, or Structural Engineering can be advantage
- 7 years of experience in architectural design and civil engineering
