Job Description
- In-depth understanding of various utility systems including electricity, water, wastewater, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and gas
- Knowledge of national and local regulations and standards related to utility services, including environmental regulations, safety standards, and energy codes
- Familiarity with the infrastructure and operation of utility systems within an airport, including distribution networks, control systems, and backup systems
- Understanding of energy management practices, including energy efficiency measures, renewable energy integration, and demand-side management
- Knowledge of contingency planning and emergency response related to utility system failures or disruptions
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing utility systems to ensure they meet operational requirements and regulatory standards
- Skills in maintaining and optimizing utility systems for reliability, efficiency, and performance, including preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
- Proficiency in ensuring that utility systems comply with regulatory standards, including conducting audits, inspections, and preparing compliance reports
- Experience in managing utility-related projects such as upgrades, expansions, or new installations, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors
- Expertise in implementing sustainable practices and innovative technologies in utility management, such as smart grids, energy-efficient systems, and water conservation technologies
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Utilities Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- 7 years of experience in utility management, with a focus on system design, maintenance, and project management
