Job Description
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency and food quality.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience as a Cook, with expertise in Continental dishes.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality standards.
