Job Description
- Define, characterize and lead the implementation of new processes and maintain production process flow.
- Responsible to develop processes to be trouble free and ensure every time (zero defects) and investigate & report operational problems affecting production as well as recommending corrective and preventive action.
- Lead a team of people to drive continually improvement in existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead and develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed.
- Provide manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability, to improve the process and monitor and measure progress to target.
- Manage the delivery procedures, flow of documents, receiving materials and finished goods, storing and controlling inventories, releases of materials and finished goods transfers.
- Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations – i.e. equipment selection,new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance
- Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, run time, cost reduction and close the feedback loop.
- Ensure compliance with all ISO, quality, safety, and environmental regulations and initiatives.
- Train and supervise new staff and current staff on new development processes and technology
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical); Engineering(Environmental/Health/Safety); Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
