Job Description
- Laying cables in accordance with the contractor’s instructions and cable pulling lists;
- Closing the penetrations; quality assurance of works in accordance with quality standards for cable laying and fixing;
- Daily reporting of work completed to your manager; depending on the quality of the work; The possibility of leading a team (2, 4, 6 people)
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Experience in cable installation (shipbuilding experience is a strong advantage);
- Experience in crossing closures (penetrations e.g. “Roxtec”);
- Ability to read a cable log/pull list (diagrams, drawings, coding, numbering);
- Leadership skills - ability to lead a team of 2, 4, 6 people (optional); Can read, write and speak English.
