Job Description
- Assist with measuring, mixing, and preparing dough and other baking ingredients
- Decorate donuts and other baked goods, applying techniques to achieve visually appealing and consistent products
- Work closely with the Production Manager to fulfill daily orders, maintain production schedules, and meet quality standards
- Help track inventory and coordinate ingredient restocking
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to develop new decorating ideas and product improvements
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry environment (especially donut-focused) is a plus
- Strong decorating skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
- Passion for baked goods and continuous learning in the pastry field
- A portfolio showcasing previous decorating or baking work is highly encouraged
